I graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Science. I interned for non-profit programs such as Parents and Children Together (PACT) in Honolulu, HI and Goodwill’s Good Health in San Jose, CA. Both experiences have given me great opportunities to help others and to seek other careers in the world of Public Health. I joined the Medical Surveillance Program Team in 2017 as a patient care coordinator. I transitioned into a new role in 2018 as Record Analyst II. I am responsible for processing results for CAL-FIRE. I am NIOSH-certified for pulmonary lung function testing and CAOHC-certified as a hearing conservationist.
